Q: Do you ship to Australia?

A: Yes, we ship via USPS with tracking. More information is available on our ordering and delivery FAQ.


Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, as well as Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. More details are available here.

Q: Can I pay in Australian Dollars?

A: Yes. When you first visit the site you'll see a large "We ship to Australia" announcement. Click on it to view all prices on our site in Australian dollars and to pay in Australian dollars during checkout (if you don't see the banner on your first visit you might need to clear your cookies). Alternatively, you may switch to Australian dollars AUD$ by using the currency selector which is on the bottom left hand side of the site.


Q: Taxes and Duties?

A: Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charge for international buyers. The buyer is responsible for paying any applicable customs duties and taxes on arrival for shipments to international locations. Please check your local government agency to determine any duty or tax costs in your country.


Q: How do I track my package?

A: You may track it on our order tracking page. Tracking is also available on either the USPS website, or if your tracking number starts with "AHOY" it can be tracked on the Asendia website (and once the package reaches Australia, the Asendia website will also display a delivery tracking number you can use to track your package's progress to your door in Australia on the Australia Post website).
