How do I return an item?

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!

To start a return, you can contact us via the contact form on our contact us page or by emailing us at [email protected].


Summary:

1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return (but you must contact us within 14 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.)


2. Ship items back within 30 days of delivery (i.e. the postmark on your package must be within 30 days of the day you received the package).


US: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Canada/International: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Canadian and international buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Details:

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, and your items must be placed in the mail and shipped back to us within 30 days of the day you received the shipment (i.e. your return shipment to us must be postmarked within 30 days of the day you received your order )


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging (if applicable). You’ll also need to include the receipt or return authorization form we email to you.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 14 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please do not throw away the item or the product packaging if you receive a damaged item.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), intimate apparel (lingerie, undergarments), and swimwear. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

Your refund will be issued after we receive the items back from you.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.


Please remember it can take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
