How do I track my order?

Once the order is shipped you will receive an email notification with a tracking number, which will allow you to check on the shipping status of your order. If you want to check on your order information after making a purchase you may also just login to your account on our website. Once you log in, you can view your order status.


You will also receive two emails on the day of delivery: an email when the package is out for delivery, and another email when it has been delivered.


Tracking info is available on our order tracking page by entering your order number and email address.  You may also track your shipment on the shipping carrier's website by entering your tracking number at USPS.com or UPS.com


If your tracking number starts with "AHOY" it can be tracked on the Asendia website (and once the package reaches your country, the Asendia website will also display a local delivery tracking number you can use to track your package's progress to your door in your country on your local postal carrier's website).


Canadian buyers may also track their shipment on the Canada Post website once the package reaches Canada.


Australian and New Zealand buyers may also track their shipment on the Australia Post website and NZ Post website using the local tracking number (from the Asendia tracking page) once the package reaches Australia or New Zealand.
