Q: Do you ship to Canada?

A: Yes, we ship via USPS with tracking.  More information is available on our ordering and delivery FAQ.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, as well as Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.  More details are available here.

Q: Can I pay in Canadian Dollars?

A: Yes. When you first visit the site you'll see a large "We ship to Canada" announcement.  Click on it to view all prices on our site in Canadian dollars and to pay in Canadian dollars during checkout (if you don't see the banner on your first visit you might need to clear your cookies).  Alternatively, you may switch to Canadian dollars CAD$ by using the currency selector which is on the bottom left hand side of the site.

Q: Taxes and Duties?

A: Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges for international orders. International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country upon arrival. These charges vary by destination and are collected by your local customs authority. Please contact your country's customs office to determine applicable costs before placing your order.

If an international order is refused due to import fees, a refund will be issued for the item(s) only once the package is returned to us, less any shipping and return costs incurred.

Q: How do I track my package?

A: You may track it on our order tracking page.  Tracking is also available on the USPS website, and once the package leaves the US you can also track it on the Canada Post website.
